M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) This order will dispose of the above noted two petitions i.e. CRM-M-35730 of 2014 titled Resham Singh Vs. State of Haryana and CRM-M-37124 of 2014 titled Prem Singh and another Vs. State of Haryana and another, for the grant of pre-arrest bail. The petitioners have been summoned as additional accused in criminal proceedings of assault. The petitioners had been RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.01.20 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-35730-2014 (O&M) found innocent in an incident of the year 2013 and have not been able to tamper with the evidence by misusing their liberty and have also put in appearance before the summoning Court pursuant to interim orders.

In view of said circumstances, this Court is prima facie of the opinion that a dual version has already cropped up qua the petitioners.

Both the petitions are allowed. Interim order dated 17.10.2014 in CRM-M-35730-2014 and dated 3.11.2014 in CRM-M37124-2014 are hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioners will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished and will not absent themselves without any sufficient cause.
