(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 22 dated 09.01.2018 registered under Sections 120-B, 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 325, 341, 452 and 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Samlkha, District Panipat.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
