M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) In view of the petitioner having already put in appearance before the trial Court, he can be granted the concession of bail without prejudice to the rights of the complainant to recover the articles in accordance with law.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished before the trial Court subject to the condition that he will not absent himself without any sufficient cause and will not be instrumental in delaying the proceedings in any manner.
