**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.83 dated 12.04.2021 registered under Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 (Amendment Act 2015) and 3(2)(VA), 33 and 89 of the SC/ST Act, 1989 at Police Station Hathin District Palwal.

Notice of motion was issued on 08.06.2021 and interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the complainant was studying in the school. The allegation is that the son of the complainant was being harassed for nonpayment of school fee and after giving beatings, he was locked in a room.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner son of the complainant was not behaving properly in the class. He was involved in using abusive language and obscene words in the class. The complainant was apprised of the conduct of his son to make efforts to mend him. With this background, the petitioner was involved in the present case.

Learned counsel further submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.06.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Fateh Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 29.06.2021 and his presence is no more required for further investigation of the case. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 08.06.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and

when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
