(ORAL) Mr. Sandhir, at the outset submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. In light of same, a joint petition has been drafted and filed before the competent court. Both the parties undertake to adhere by the same. In view of above, Mr. Sandhir, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this appeal with liberty to pursue the proceedings under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
