(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since entered into an oral agreement on 14.09.2022 qua the property in question as well as the first floor of SCO No.423-424, Sector 35, Chandigarh and SCO No.72, Sector 6, Panchkula to settle all disputes. The statements of both the parties have been recorded separately today in Court. The parties shall remain bound by their statements. The present petition is accordingly disposed off in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties, the conditions of which are enlisted in the statements separately recorded today.

In case the terms and conditions are not complied with in totality as agreed between the parties, the present revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed and the landlord would be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
