Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P-16) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner against order dated 18.10.2017 (Annexure P-15) has been dismissed and for quashing of order dated 18.10.2017 (Annexure P-15), passed by respondent No.2. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing respondent No.2-Department are ad idem that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered as per the decision dated 30.10.2023 rendered in CWP-12998-2018 and other connected matters and further submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in the same terms.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as in CWP-12998-2018.
