**** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for placing on record the written statement on behalf of

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and written statement on behalf of respondent No.7 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Accordingly, Civil Misc. Application stands disposed of. CWP-10538-2019 1.

Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P-17) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner against order dated 18.10.2017 (Annexure P-16) has been dismissed and for quashing of order dated 18.10.2017 (Annexure P-16), passed by respondent No.2. A further prayer has been made for quashing notice under Section 7A dated 06.11.2015 (Annexure P-13), notice dated 15.02.2018 (Annexure P-14) under Section 14 B of the EPF ACT, 1952 and letter dated 16.09.2016 (Annexure P-15).

Mr. Ghulam Nabi Malik, Advocate appears and files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing respondent No.2-Department are ad idem that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered as per the decision dated 30.10.2023 rendered in CWP-12998-2018 and other connected matters and further submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in the same terms.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as in CWP-12998-2018.
