Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.35, dated 18.05.2015, under Sections 307, 436, 148, 149 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Raikot, District Ludhiana (R). Petitioner had earlier filed CRM-M-27508 of 2015 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was got dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any change in the circumstances warranting interference by this Court in the second petition moved by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.
