(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance to directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to provide the status report regarding non-arrest of the named accused persons in FIR No.57 dated 29.04.2018 under Section 306 IPC registered with Police Station Sahazadpur.

The learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Surinder Singh, submits that out of total 12 accused, 07 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by the Court, 02 have been arrested and 03 accused are yet to be arrested.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be submitted to the Court below within a period of 15 days from today.
