(ORAL) Present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of order dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No. 20315 of 2023 titled as Naresh Kumar Goyal and others vs. State of Haryana and others. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of order dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-1), a speaking order dated 22.07.2024 has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioners. It is accordingly prayed that the present Contempt Petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above said speaking order dated 22.07.2024 in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case; and the same is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
