On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the application to learned State counsel by today itself. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners is in the waiting list, as per final result dated 23.05.2018 (P-5). Learned State counsel in compliance of order dated 07.05.2019 has submitted that the respondent-department is in the process of converting the posts of SBC Category in to general category and if the petitioners falls under the required merit, the appointment will be granted to them. In view of the statement made above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
