******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed by Amandeep Kumar @ Aman Kamboj whereby he sought the relief that direction may be given to respondents to issue at least three weeks' notice if he is required in any complaint or FIR, so as to enable him to avail his legal remedy. Learned State counsel submits that in almost all the cases referred by learned counsel for the petitioner, challan has been presented in Court, where the petitioner has absconded and proceedings to declare him as proclaimed offender are pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed in the year 2014, when the police recording one FIR after the other against petitioner and was out to arrest him. He, however, submits that after presentation of challan in Court, this petition has become infructuous. In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
