Today, learned State counsel on instructions from concerned investigating officer, submits that as per preliminary enquiry conducted by the police from the villagers, it was acknowledged that earlier petitioner No. 2-Vikas Lathwal was married to someone else and got separated only through a panchayati divorce. 3.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant petition.
