Present petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for seeking cancellation of bail of respondent No. 2 in case FIR No. 135 dated 26.9.2013, under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Division No. 2, Ludhiana City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail, granted to respondent No.2, before the learned Court granting bail to him.
