RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner in case FIR No.96 dated 01.08.2018 registered under Sections 364, 365 IPC (Section 364-A IPC added lateron) at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, orders dated 13.09.2018 and 15.10.2018 passed by this Court are made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
