Petitioner has inter alia prayed for direction to decide the complaint case no. 22 dated 11.02.2014 titled as Ashraf Khan vs. Bhola Ram etc. pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Ferozepur Jhirka, alternatively for issuance of direction to respondent to register an FIR as envisaged by section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

It appears that petitioner filed a complaint before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur Jhirka alleging that he was likely to be falsely implicated in some case. He alleged that he had paid `60,00,000/- on 26.11.2007 to respondent no. 5 (Rajinder Singh Yadav) in presence of witnesses. Thereafter, respondents no. 6 to 8 took his signatures on blank papers. Later, accused threatened the petitioner that he would be implicated in a false case.
