(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Deepak Singh, aged about 24 years has got married with petitioner No.2- Simran Kaur, aged about 19 years, against the wishes of his family members and his father Kuldeep Singh- arrayed as private respondent No. 3 is threatening to interfere in their marital life. To save themselves from such danger from father of petitioner No.1, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
