The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.283 dated 25.03.2015 under Sections 363, 366(A) IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence, Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was arrested on 20.04.2015 and challan has been presented. Both the complainant and the prosecutrix have been examined and the trial is taking time. He further contends that the prosecutrix was major and had accompanied the accused and had solemnized marriage with him and challan should not have been presented. The State counsel submits that date of birth of the prosecutrix was 05.03.2001 and the girl was only 14 years old and wrong statement had been made while seeking protection and RAJ KUMAR 2016.02.08 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
