(Oral) The petitioner who is presently posted as BDPO, Mohali, seeks issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to lodge FIR against respondent No.4, who allegedly had used un-parliamentary language by entering into the office of the complainant while he was holding the Office of Executive Office of Panchayat Samiti, Baghapurana.

Learned counsel submits that although a representation dated 29.3.2022 (Annexure P-2) had been submitted to Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, but to no avail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the grievances of the petitioner can effectively be addressed by MOHAN SINGH 2022.05.17 04:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
