Learned State counsel submits that in this case prosecution evidence has been concluded and next date is fixed for 11.10.2017 for defence evidence and arguments.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case at the earliest.
