Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners as they have solemnized marriage contrary to the wishes of private respondent and are apprehending threat at their instance.

Petitioners, in person, are present in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have also moved a representation (Annexure P-5) dated 14.10.2015 to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana for protection but no action has been taken thereupon.
