**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 111 dated 15.12.2017 under Sections 406 & 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station, Women, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been settled amicably before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and in terms thereof a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Vipan Kumar, confirms the factum of compromise.
