Reply by way of affidavit of Gurmeet Singh,PPS,DSP Fazilka,filed in Court is taken on record.

Upon verification of facts,learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh states that a complaint had been lodged by the wife of respondent no.5 regarding a tenancy dispute which upon due investigation has since been filed. Therefore,there is absolutely no case for undue harassment at the instance of respondent RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.12.03 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 35724/2015 no.5. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is already named as an accused in FIR No.96 dated 12.9.2014 under Sections 419,420,406,504,506 IPC,PS City Fazilka at the instance of one Hakam Chand and his pre-arrest bail applications have been dismissed uptil this Court and due action in accordance with law shall be taken. In view of the above,no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Dismissed.
