(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed for quashing of orders dated 17.02.2025, 18.09.2024, 24.04.2024 and 28.02.2024 (Annexures P-2 to P-5 respectively) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, whereby bail of the petitioner was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were forfeited to the State and proceedings under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. were initiated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by way of CRM-M-22938-2024, petitioner had approached this Court for setting aside the order vide which his bail bonds/surety bonds were cancelled and ordered to be forfeited to the State. Learned counsel submits that this Court vide order dated 08.05.2024 (Annexure P-6) had directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a period of ten days subject to providing (03) Flowmex suction machine with Quater HP Motor SP to the Civil Hospital, Rewari. Learned counsel contends that no doubt, the petitioner had himself volunteered to provide the aforementioned suction machines, however, he was unable PUNEET SACHDEVA 2025.04.02 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-17689-2025 -2to procure the said machine as they are not available in the market. Learned counsel contends that instead he is willing to pay an amount of 25,000/-, which would be the approximate cost of the suction machine. ₹ 3.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to appear and surrender before the trial Court on or before 08.04.2025. Till then, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner. This shall, however, be subject to payment of costs in the sum of `25,000/- to be deposited with the concerned District Legal Services Authority.
