AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been awarded the contract dated 21/22.08.2017 (Annexure P-1). He further submits that though the representation dated 11.09.2017 (Annexure P-3) has been addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fazilka; Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka; D.S.P. City, Fazilka; S.H.O. Police Station City Fazilka and Inspector General of Police, Railway Police Force, District Patiala but he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka, only for taking appropriate action on the aforesaid representation within a stipulated period.
