This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of the application filed under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-6). The petitioner has also sought direction for the expeditious execution of the Execution Application bearing No. CRM-625-2025 titled as 'Indu Luthra Chawla and another versus Mohit Chawla' in accordance with law and within a time bound manner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed the Execution Application bearing No. CRM-625-2025 titled as 'Indu Luthra Chawla and another versus Mohit Chawla' before the learned Executing Court. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to the Executing Court concerned to decide the said application within a time bound manner.
