(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.81 dated 17.05.2021 registered at Police Station City-I Sangrur, District Sangrur, under Section 406 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, Police Station City-I, District Sangrur, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 09.06.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and has also returned the revolver to the competent authority and his custodial interrogation is not required and moreover, he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as SEEMA SHARMA 2021.09.06 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

extended to the petitioner by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 09.06.2021, is made absolute.
