(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with clause XIV (d) and (e) of the terms and conditions governing the Handling and Transport Contract for transporting food-grains for a period of two years (Annexure P-1), prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned in terms of the said clause. Mr. Vikas Lochab, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents - Food Corporation of India, on advance copy, submits that in case the petitioner does so, the authorities would consider and take a decision in the matter expeditiously in terms of the clause of the tender.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
