(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent No.5 and her accomplice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to look into representation dated 03.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar to forward representation dated 03.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, who shall decide the same within two months and do the needful.
