The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 27.05.1997 whereby he was removed from service.

There is no representation of the petitioner since July'2024. It appears that with the efflux of time the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter. The matter is pending since 1999 and cannot be kept pending for an indefinite period.

In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.

Dismissed with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 5.
