No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition has prayed for quashing of the order dated 27.11.2018 (Annexure P-9) whereby the claim of the petitioner for promotion as JT Mechanic at Higher Post with pay scale and other benefits has been declined by the respondents. 3.

It is noticed that the petitioner has already been retired on 30.09.2016. In view thereof, no relief is to be granted to the petitioner in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 4.

All the pending applications in this Writ Petition stand disposed of accordingly.
