Mahajan, Senior Advocate with Mr. Vishal Garg, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek recourse to the alternative remedy in accordance with law. He, however, submits that the respondents be directed to pay the retiral benefits.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that due to pendency of this petition and the original record being in the custody of this Court, the retiral benefits could not be released to the petitioner. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The respondents are directed to disburse the retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
