(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 03.01.2017 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phillaur in FIR bearing No.260 dated 17.09.2014 registered under Sections 379 IPC and Section 21 of Mines and Minerals Development and Regulations Act, 1957, P.S. Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition while submitting that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner stands acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 02.12.2023.
