**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 01 dated 2.1.2016, registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa. Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 2.2.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 2.2.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
