Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and property of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4 and to take action on FIR No. 62 dated 28.07.2017, which was got registered by the petitioner under Sections 420 & 406 IPC at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, but the same remained unattended by now. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
