(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the order dated 04.09.2014 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.46 dated 28.07.2012 registered under Sections 377 and 506 IPC & Section 3(i)(x) of SC ST Act, 1989 at P.S. Jhansa, District Kurukshetra. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
