**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Narnaul whereby, the anticipatory bail application of the appellant has been dismissed in case FIR No.266 dated 12.09.2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 295, 323 and 506 IPC at P.S. Ateli, District Mahendergarh, Sections 3, 3(1)(k), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(VA) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 120-B were added later on. Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Brahmparkash submits that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.04.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
