***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of supplementary challan dated 21.08.2015 produced under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. in FIR No.65 dated 22.05.2012, under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short).

FIR No.65 dated 22.05.2012 was registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at Police Station City Rupnagar. Initially challan was presented against accused Ankur and the said accused faced the trial. Trial Court vide judgment/order dated 12.11.2013/13.11.2013 ordered the conviction and sentence of the said accused under Sections 302/34 IPC. Thereafter, challan was presented against accused Amandeep Singh @

The said accused were convicted and sentenced by the trial court vide judgment/order dated 17.01.2015/20.01.2015, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC. Respondent No.4 was declared a proclaimed offender. Now the prosecution has presented a supplementary challan against respondent No.4 declaring him innocent. Admittedly, the trial Court has not passed any order in this regard. Since, the matter is sub judice before the trial Court, no ground for interference by this Court at this stage is made out. Dismissed.
