Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 140 dated 07.07.2016, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC (Section 326 IPC added subsequently), at Police Station Sadar Kaithal, District Kaithal. While issuing notice of motion on 12.10.2016, this Court had granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining investigation and conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Kumar, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for questioning by the investigating agency. The challan has also been filed in the case.
