Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the pe oner. List on 11.09.2024.

If the petitioner remains absent on the next date of hearing, this Court shall dismiss the case for non-prosecution. 3.

Today also, the petitioner is unrepresented despite pass over. 4.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
