(Oral) The petitioner though instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking fair, expedite and unbiased investigation in FIR No.35 dated 05.09.2022 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Chandigarh, under Section 509 of IPC and Section 66C and 67 Information Technology Act, 2000.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FIR was registered on 05.09.2022, however, till date no action has been taken against accused.

Mr. A.M.Punchhi, learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that police has already collected documents from mobile companies and mobiles of victims have already been sent to FSL and notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. has already been issued to suspected accused.
