RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 465 dated 11.08.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. In terms of the order dated 28.09.2017, SI Dayal Chand, has brought his duty roster in Court today. However, learned State counsel submits that the investigation in the present case has further been handed over to SHO/Inspector Pardeep Kumar.

In view of the above, there is no use of going through the duty roster.

Heard.
