RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Gurmukh Singh in case FIR No.228 dated 18.08.2017 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from ASI Ashwani Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 25.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
