The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for placing on record birth certificate dated 24.04.2023 and order dated 21.03.2023 as Annexure A-1 and Annexure A-2.

For the reasons stated above, the same is allowed and Annexure A-1 and Annexure A-2 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-19299-2023 1.
Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.47, dated 23.03.2023, under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotic HIMANI GUPTA 2023.05.22 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court and hence he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, he submits that an appropriate direction be issued that his application for regular bail be decided expeditiously. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court expeditiously (if possible), in accordance with law. 4.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
