(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.37 dated 05.02.2023 under Sections 15, 29, 61, 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, a prayer for withdrawal of the instant petition has been made.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
