*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 34 dated 12.03.2019, under Sections 376-D/363/34 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions has informed the Court that out of 20 prosecution witnesses, only 06 have been examined.

Further the incident in the present case is of the year 2019 and the medical record of the petitioner (A-1) pertains to the year 2012.
