***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondent No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5 has submitted that the said respondents have no objection qua the marriage performed by the petitioners.

Respondent No.4 is present in person and has stated that he has no objection qua the marriage performed by her daughter Deepa Rani with Shubham.
