(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner before this Court is that when she was two month's pregnant, she was being assaulted by respondent Nos. 4 to 8 on 30.05.2015 and in this regard, complaint dated 13.08.2015, representation dated 06.05.2016 and DDR No. 33 dated 30.05.2015 have been made but till date no action has been taken by the police.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the DDR, complaint and representation (P-3 to P-5) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
