This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 59 dated 11.08.2017 under sections 326/323/324/452/148/149 IPC and section 307 IPC added later on at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police, District Batala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 10.10.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 10.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
